can crying be a pg symtom (visitor from IF)?

Hi All! I had a 5ft transfer of "one perfect blast" as my RE says, on 9/25. I poas yesterday at 6dp5dt and big ole BFN. My mind knows thats very early to test and it's silly to not be hopeful at this point but it was still hard to see that BFN. Other than cramps from the progesterone that I've had since the day of the ET, the only different "feeling" I have is yesterday and today I've almost cried so many times about the silliest things (not knowing what I want for dinner; my dog not being able to compete in a competition I'd hoped to do, etc...). Such silly things. I feel like I'm always on the verge of tears. And I don't think it's because I'm upset from the BFN. I also get more emotional the week before my period so I kind of wondered if that's what it is and AF will be here soon. But it's never usually this bad. I"ve never heard of "crying" being a symptom of pregnancy. Does this sound crazy or did anyone experience this? Thanks!

Yes - I think PG can cause crazy mood swings.  Just the other day, there was a long thread on this board called "stupid sh*t that's made you cry"... or something like that.  

Of course, its very hard to say if crying is from PG hormones, or all of the other hormones you've been injecting, swallowing or possibly even inserting for IVF. 

It doesn't hurt to think positively though - FX that you're body is just prepping you for your BFP.
