IVF consult Q

Hi ladies! We are in the midst of our final IUI cycle before moving to IVF with CCRM in Denver. Our initial consult was moved up to tomorrow, so I was wondering what kinds of things to ask? 

IUI is Saturday so we will know in a couple weeks if we will be moving forward with IVF pretty quickly. (Hoping we wont need it!! Lol obvs.)

Miscarried twins from our first IUI cycle. D&C on August 14th, 2014
Second IUI cycle: BFP
Beta #1 (13dpiui): 74 Beta #2 (16dpiui): 505 Beta #3 (18dpiui): 1205
First Ultrasound- 6w2d 110BPM! Our baby has a heartbeat!!

    I don't really have any advice about IVF but I and crossing everything that your IUI works and you don't have to do it anyway. Good luck and keep us posted!

    I also don't have any advice for your IVF consult (sorry, I'm not much help), but wanted to say that I'm doing an IUI on Saturday, too.  Fingers crossed you won't need that IVF. Good luck on Saturday!  I'm giving you a long-distance high five:

    Just relax and breathe it is going to be a lot of information at once. The most important thing I think would be which treatment plan and why they chose that plan. Good luck!

    Thanks ladies! It was overwhelming as he wants to run some tests that Ive never heard of before. One was a chromosomal rearrangement test and the other was a sperm dna fragmentation test. Im praying this IUI works so we dont have to move on as I am kind of freaking out about it all. He also wants to do genetic testing on the embryos and so we would be doing an automatic FET.

    the chromosomal rearrangement is called a Robertsonian Translocation of chromosomes. so like when hubby's sperm donates 1/2 it's chromosomes and your egg donates the other 1/2, when they combine to make the chromosomes for the embie there is a mutation in the combo and two segments of the chromosome move, or translocate, leading to an abnormal embie.  it's standard for IVF if you've had losses prior.

    BFP #5 7/27/14.  EDD 4/9/15...  m/c @ 5w4d.

    IVF #1    Oct 2014 - antagonist protocol: 9R, 7M, 5F. 3dt of 3 Grade 2 embies. BFN. 
    IVF #2    Jan 2015 cancelled due to dominant follicle.  Converted to IUI #1. BFFN
    IVF #2.1 March 2015 cancelled due to dominant follicle.

    BFP #6  (SUPRISE!) 3/19/15.  EDD 11/30/15...  CP at 4w2d.
    IUI #2:    Clomid + Follistim = 3 follies. BFN.
    IVF #2.2 May 2015 - horrible response to micro lupron flare protocol: 3R, 3M, 3F. 3dt of 2 Grade 3 embies. BFFN. 

    BFP #7 (beyond surprised again!) 4/26/16. EDD 1/5/17. beautiful betas!!!! and then near-fatal hemorrhagic corpus luteum. turns out baby was ectopic after all; another lap 5/6 (@24dpo).
