Halloween Party

I invited the kids who live close to us that our kids are friends with to our house for pizza on Halloween.  We will head out as a group to trick or treat.  Looking for easy ideas for this little party (including siblings, about 16-20 kids).  The kids/parents will play/hang out in the backyard, eat pizza in the backyard then trick or treat - it really doesn't need to be complicated (ie I am not turning our living room into a haunted house), but what thoughts or ideas do you have?  I am buying all the kids glow bracelets/necklaces/etc and plan to print the Switch Witch sheet that we use.  The kids can come back here to swap candy - I let my kids keep 20 pieces each and the rest is placed on the front porch for the Switch Witch.  I am also going to buy a box of wine that fits under the stroller and solo cups - last year the wagon with the booze in it ended up with kids in it - so that was a challenge.

After the fact, I always see easy/fun things people do, and wish I would have thought of them, so thought I would ask you guys.

Love that project!  And it's easy and fun! 

I am going to test it with an empty jug and a large glow stick so I don't have to mess with the Christmas lights.

Can I just say how much I love that your shopping list for Halloween includes "box of wine that fits under the stroller"? I'm laughing my butt off. But please know I'm totally stealing that idea.
