I called miracle whip mayo as a kid...and still do at times. I remember the first time my brother and I were given real mayo we told our parents the babysitter gave us spoiled/rotten food. Real mayo is icky.

We have a CA Tortilla in our neighborhood. Every time I walk by I'm all "ugh, you suck why can't you be chipotle".

We also have a Pete's Coffee. To which I'm all "ugh, you suck why can't you be a DD or even a Sbux".

This is a thing?! I was shocked that my coworker had to bring in snacks for the whole class like every other week or once a month or something. I thought pre-k was like daycare and kindergarten mixed but it's way more like real school than I thought.


This is totally a thing. My daughter has so much trouble with the handwriting worksheets & it sucks.

My oldest son could not separate words. I used to tell him to imagine a dot between them. Lol, he still does it to this day. I got stumped on 1st grade math tonight. This new math is weird.
I am scared of when Abby goes to school. Shit, we just got talking started.

Sorry @zoeyjack‌ . Our homework assignments (I say our because all if this requires parental supervision) have mostly been artsy-crafty stuff: collages about letters, collecting objects, etc.

Still when a kid is just learning to cut and draw, a five page book on the five senses is a bit much. And they get stickers for completing homework that build to a prize, so last week's lackadaisical approach probably isn't good.

Also, BBT is on WAY TOO OFTEN. It's on every channel five thousand times a day. Ugh.

Okay to be fair, I have seen, like, two episodes of GG. A friend of mine was a fan so I tried to give it a go. The mom was SO annoying and seemed really immature. I feel like she's at least 30 (?) and the way she speaks made her seem like an awkward teenager. I'm not sure if was the acting or intentional, but it seemed like the dialogue was really unnatural - like the timing was off.
