Missing formatting toolbar for siggy?

When I go to my profile and try to change my siggy, there is no formatting toolbar, just an empty white box. When I'm writing a post I can see everything (I can see the options for font, color, adding a picture, etc. right now for example), but it doesn't show up under "edit my signature"? Any suggestions?
