I just curled up in bed to bump and realized I have a few things that have to be the same every night.
I have to have my phone on the night stand, face down on vibrate, I lay on my right side and sleep with a small body pillow between my legs. I always have my ceiling fan on high, and it has to be pitch black with ZERO noise (no tv, music etc).
So tell me, how do you sleep?

I have my silky blanket next to me, one silky end at my feet next to my ties and the other by hands, and yes I do "silky" it throughout the night apparently. Usually some music plays softly as I fall asleep.

Eta: I forgot the most important part! The sheet and comforter has to be straightened out before I get into bed, no messed up covers! I have to have sheet on me, not just comforter

I'm a die hard stomach sleeper (unless my back is bothering me). I love MH very much, but refuse to share a sheet with that blanket hog! He sleeps hot. I am always cold. Come the end of October the heating pad will go back under my side of the bed and my second blanket comes out of the closet. We always have the air purifier on, and thanks to the never ending thought train I need the tv on to fall asleep. Otherwise I lie awake for hours before dozing off. MH can't stand it, but prefers the tv over me tossing and turning for hours on end.
Nightstand is topped with my phone, BBT, Vitamins, a water bottle, and my glasses.
Edit: I'm only one cup of coffee deep.
