I didn't see any recent groups for moms-to-be in the KC area, so I thought I'd start this and at least try to round some up! I live in Overland Park, due with my first baby in March 2015. I'm planning on delivering at Shawnee Mission in the new birth center. I'm also new to this website so forgive me for my amateur ways. If there is already a new group like this somewhere, please feel free to help me locate it!  Hope to meet some more of you soon!

KCK. I just delivered my little boy at SMMC's new birthing center in October. I loved that place so much and would highly recommend it.

I delivered at Shawnee missions in October. I loved the birth center. Very relaxing and their tub helped me stick to my natural birth plan :-D

KC up by KCI. Had my son a little over a month ago at St. Lukes North. If any needs an obgyn, I would suggest Dr. Nichols.

I'm not due until September, but my OB is affiliated with SMMC, and I'm planning on delivering there.

I am sure in October. I will be delivering in st Luke's north. I live in the northland by zona Rosa.

Just found this group. Glad to see KC moms on here. I'm due August 5th and plan on delivering at SMMC. Can't wait to see the new birth center!

Hello KC moms! I just recently moved to kcmo (midtown) and have been seeing a midwife with the women's group at St. Luke's on Broadway. I know very few people out here, none of which are pregnant, so I'm happy to find a forum with other local mothers to be I'm due in November with my first, so this is all very new to me.
