I'll read just about anything. Most of what I've read lately is scifi, because I share a kindle account with my parents and brother, and that's what my dad and brother read.
I love me a good historical romance, but my absolute favorite (and very specific) genre is post apocalyptic. I read The Postman when I was in 9th grade and that was that.

I'm currently reading Kuby Immunology out of both interest and necessity. Most of what I read falls in the category of "mind numbingly dry" as my husband puts it.
@mflowers929 I loved The Postman and, when I have time for fiction, read a lot of postapocalyptic work.

I've never heard of The Postman but I'm adding it to my list!

I'm guessing that Kuby Immunology is a nonfiction book.

I actually really need to re-read it. They made a movie of it starring Kevin Costner. It was pretty good, but the book was so much better.

@mrandmrsk91011 I loved The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks too. I did a large project on her for a course I took. and it really is an incredible, and incredibly depressing, story.
My go to is historical fiction. I haven't been reading much since my kindle broke and I haven't gotten a new one yet. I used to read all the time, but have way less time nowadays.

I'll read almost anything, but I grew up with the fantasy genre, so that's my favorite.
We met in middle school. We got married 15 years later in a February blizzard of 2010.

Yeah. It's the text for the immunology course I'm taking. Fascinating topic, though and I'm enjoying it.
