MrsL2B is in labor (**Update #2 in OP - he's here**)

So I got an update from overnight on how MrsL2B's induction is going so far: 

"I checked in to the hospital at 7:00 pm, and the nurse got the Cervidil in around 8:20. The first hour was pretty dull, but real contractions with a little real pain started during the second hour. I've been hooked up to the NST monitors the entire time, which has not been ideal, since any position that I find comfortable doesn't seem to agree with the fetal monitor. Also, there's no walking the halls or practicing yoga with the monitors. Every time I sit up to stretch to relieve my lower back pain, the nurse comes running in to make me lie back down. So that blows. But they've been more than happy to offer me all the drugs, including an epidural, Stadol, and even Ambien. I've managed to sleep a little even without the Ambien. :)

The contractions now are frequent, but not bad. I haven't been timing them because we have the all-knowing monitor to take care of that. Hour Six is almost over."

Update 2: Baby was born via c section at 1 AM! Mom is getting some much needed rest and will update when she's feeling better. Congratulations!
