Is this back labor

i was woken up by a really bad pain in my lower back that radiated to the front like breath taking cramps.. This was at 302am.. It then was accompanied by diarrea chills and nausea (tmi I know) it is now 403 and the "pain" comes and goes within 10-12 min intervals. Also my cramps have turned into stabbing pain from my butt to my vagina but still with cramping and back pain.. The pain is also in my inner thighs.. Can this be the start of labor or a false

    Sounds like it to me. I am laying here in bed since 1 am with cramping wondering if it's labor too!

    From what I've been told, it sounds like it, so give L&D a call and see what they recommend (how far apart the contractions should be before coming in).

    Sounds like labor to me. It could be false or it could be real. It will all depend on whether contractions get closer together in timing and become more intense. I agree to call L&D.
