OB/GYN or Gynecological Oncologist for management of HPV (CIN3/severe dysplasia)?

Hello.  I was just diagnosed with CIN3 (severe dysplasia) from HPV.  I am supposed to have a LEEP procedure soon and I'm wondering if I should have my OB/GYN do the procedure (which I know she's done lots of them) or go to a specialist...a gynecological oncologist for monitoring of all this?  The specialists is 2 hours away while my OB/GYN is here in town.  My mom thinks I should see the specialist and I'm starting to agree.  What do you all think?  Has anyone here dealt with this before?  Any thoughts/suggestions are greatly welcomed!

I would just go with your OB/GYN. A leep is a pretty standard procedure. I've had one of those, a few colposcopies, and biopsies, all done by my OB/GYN

This is old and I don't know how I ended up here but I had CIN3 and two LEEPs with my obgyn in 2011. I'm fine.

I went with the Gyn/Onc.  He was very good.  I just had the procedure today.  Thanks for the replies!
