I've heard of it, but have yet to try it. My hemp/cotton inserts work really well, so I haven't had the need. If you try it, let us know how it goes!

I've used it to make fitteds. It's easy to work with and absorbs well, but I still prefer natural fibers.

It is fairly comparable to the absorbrancy of microfiber. It isn't amazing but it isn't bad either. I like hemp better.
