Do you hate the St. Louis Cardinals

So it's come to my attention that the STL Cards may be the most hated team in baseball right now. So rivalries aside, do you hate them? If so why?

I hate the Brewers too. I still remember the season we lost every game we played there.

I know nothing. I have been to a few Brewers games but I barely paid any attention. I was basically along for free ride. Haha

I will watch football all weekend long, but baseball is painful to watch for me. So slow. If they can find a way to speed up the game, I'd love to watch. I love LLWS, but MLB sucks. No strong feelings on the Cards either way, and if I followed baseball more I'd probably be a Mariners fan.

@MRads, Why do you hate them? And @Simone711 do you dislike them because it's just a rivalry or is it because they are good and it feels like they are always in the post season?

I've heard that the Cards are the new Yankees and so I'm genuinely curious. I am from STL so I only hear the good things and so I was pretty surprised when I heard the Cards are the most hated team. I would like to know why. Hence poll.

No special feelings about the Cardinals. I go to baseball games for the food and beer.

I asked a coworker that's a transplant and he said that the current generation of fans have had it good for the last 14 years so we're arrogant.

No hatred for the Cards here. If I'm a MLB fan at all, it's for the Phillies because my grandparents were such huge fans but I don't follow very closely. I had to look at mlb.com just now to see who was still in the running.

I like the Cards for their logo, classic baseball look, and the red.

I actually asked him since he's a transplant and sadly he routes for the Cubs. Poor misguided man.

Good man in my book! I don't follow anything closely now that I have 3 kids. I don't like certain teams because of the Chicago-them rivalry, but I no longer know enough about players/coaches/organizations to have much of a real opinion.

St. louis is in the playoffs citrus. Sorry. To be fair,I love the royals as well. I was born in KC and my dad is a die hard fan. True blue. I own a George Brett shirt and it's the only other stadium I've made it to. IF it were to come down to an i-70 series again I would wear my royals shirt under my cardinals hoodie. But alas it doesn't look good for the royals. I really wanted them to get further in the post season. They haven't been in 29 years! I really wanted them to do well.
