Mixing BM and WCM ?

How long is breast milk good for once wcm has been mixed in with it?  How long is it good for once DD starts to drink out of the sippy cup it's in?  

For example, she spent a half day at daycare today and brought home a nearly full sippy cup of bm/wcm mixture.  Can I send this to daycare with her tomorrow?  She's 12 months and we are working on transitioning her over to WCM for her daycare days.

Definitely toss because of the wcm. Even with bm, if its been out all day and drank on all day, I wouldn't reuse the next day. I'd just ask them to offer a little wcm in a sippy at meals and water the rest of the time especially if she's nursing some at home still.
