Safe herbs...

I recently heard about all the great benefits of oil of oregano, and was considering buying some for the winter season. Then I heard that it is "likely unsafe" while breastfeeding. Anyone have experience with this or know of some good immune supporting herbs that are safe to take while breastfeeding?

I don't really believe much in immune supporting herbs taken outside of just using herbs and spices in my everyday cooking, but I imagine google and kellymom can probably offer up some good suggestions.  Maybe check with an LC?
