I'm feeling very sweaty and stomach keeps tightening and vomiting .... I'm about 17 weeks my head is killing me . What should I do ..... Oh and I'm preg with twins. Should I go to the ER

    What have you already done? I would take a bath, drink some water, and lay down. If you're worried, which is sounds like you are, call your OB.

    Do you have a fever? If so, it might be a good idea to try some Tylenol for that and the headache. Sips of water if you can keep them down. But, like @chaysefaith‌ said, if you're concerned I would start with a call to your doctor.
