So not only is my progesterone level low but now I don't feel my usual MS anymore

Guys I'm so sorry I'm such a worry freak. But this am when I brushed my teeth and when I woke up if didn't feel sick anymore. I'm usually really queasy and gag but never really throw up and today I don't feel any of that. My only symptoms are stuffy nose, very tender breast and I'm still tired. Even though I woke up like an 1.5 hours ago. I'm freaked that I was queasy at 4 weeks and today at 4w3d it's gone. Your thoughts?

It changes day to day! Sadly there's nothing to do but wait. You may feel very sick by the end of the day, or it may come back tomorrow. Especially so early, things change a lot. For most women, true m/s doesn't hit until 6w or so (this was very true on my BMB). I felt queasy early on, and had diarrhea issues, and zero appetite, but it all went away by 5w and never came back - in retrospect, I think it was more anxiety and nerves than anything else!

Sorry you are so worried! Some of the ladies here posted some PAL mantras when I first got my BFP that helped with the anxiety a bit - just repeating over and over something like, "Today I am pregnant. I am pregnant unless and until a doctor tells me otherwise. I am doing everything I can to help this baby, and the rest is not in my control. Worrying about something bad happening won't prevent it, so I choose to enjoy every minute I am pregnant."

I hope you're puking by dinner, just for peace of mind ;-)

The same thing happened to me this week. I actually had a day that I was queasy but haven't been since. 2 nights ago I didn't wake up to pee but once and last night I had to pee 3 times. One day my boobs are killing me the next not so much, I'm constantly poking them to see if they hurt. I'm 5 weeks today. I can tell you in my experience my symptoms never even got strong until 5-6 weeks and they always fluctuated. I've also never even had bad symptoms.

Even though I know all this, it still freaks me out. I'd love to be hugging a toilet right now, just so I have confirmation. Just saying you aren't the only one.

Same thing happens with me.  It comes and goes.  Just when I'm freaking out after 2 days of no nausea, it comes back 10x worse for a a few days.  I had a lot of symptoms at around 4 weeks that went away, then everything hit me like a ton of bricks at 6 weeks.  Everyone's different.  I think the boobs still hurting are a good sign for you.

As someone who has had next to no symptoms, I suppose I'd be happy if I were you just to have some symptoms at all.  I've had two heartbeat ultrasounds now and one lecture from a doctor about not analyzing symptoms.  Alas, I am sitting here in tears off and on today because I'm so worried.

(I'm hoping emotions are my "sign.)

@LO95‌ totally understand that feeling. We use it as a confirmation that it's a good sign, hopefully increasing hcg levels and all that good stuff but I guess we all have different levels of sensitivity when it comes to symptoms. ::sigh::
