10:11 yesterday morning, little lady made her grand entrance. She's 5lbs 13 oz, 17in. And was 36 weeks 2 days along when she was born. I got to have skin to skin in the OR while they finished up my surgery and she was able to nurse while I was in recovery. She spent last night in the NICU but I was allowed to go down and breastfeed her throughout the night and she's been back in my room since this morning.
The thin spot in my uterus was thinner than ultrasound showed so it was a good thing they went so early although I was really hoping to at least make it into October before she was born.
She's doing great and we'll hopefully be going home together this weekend.
