My 6 year old is a chess pro!

My son (6) asked me to play him in chess today. He beat me. Twice. Then my older brother (who used to be an avid chess player) came over. My son beat him too. Amazed. And impressed.

    That's awesome! I never learned how to play. We have a nice wooden chess set that we leave out for display, and it is the top toy in the house when kids come over to play. I hope DS picks it up

    That's awesome my 7yo is learning too and is surprisingly good. She plays my H and FIL. I keep feeling like I should learn.
