Bummis Super Brite Aplix issues

My baby is only 2 weeks old and both of my Bummis Super Brite in newborn size have issues with the aplix. The aplix tabs are curling up and starting to come unstiched. I have only ever line-dried them so I don't know why they're falling apart so quickly. I bought them new off of Amazon and I'm wondering if this is a common issue or if I could contact Bummis for replacements.

I would call them. I used my super brite and whisper wraps for about 4 weeks with no issues. Do you use the laundry tabs when washing?

I felt like the aplix was too strong when pulling it off the laundry tabs, and thought I was going to rip the PUL behind the laundry tabs. I think my stitching is loose, too. Mine are curling a tiny bit also. They were in heavy use with my first since I only had three and he was tiny, so he wore them for longer. I have only used them a few times with Anders so far.

Thanks for the input! I am pretty surprised that they're coming apart so quickly. I've been really careful about using the laundry tabs when washing and storing.
