I am going to see a counselor tomorrow. I have mixed feelings about it I feel much better stress wise since moving but I still have mommy guilt. I can feel when something is pushing me to a breaking point and I hate that feeling. Also, since the depression really started I have put on weight and I want to feel better for my mental health and my physical health. I just hate going into a situation where I know I am "fragile" (for lack of better word) I have always been a very strong, very independent woman and I feel very weak and vulnerable and I think that frightens me too.
Please excuse my grammar, I am not the greatest to start with and talking about emotional issues I lose the little that I do have.
@econmama it's in the middle of my back around my spine and whenever I move, my spine makes (quiet) noise and I feel popping. Stretching doesn't help My guess is it's from picking up baby all day and baby wearing, although I have a very light baby. Chiro? Or massage?
Warning TMI possibly. Lately DH has been forgetting deodorant. He sat down next to me again on the couch today and I smelled that familiar foul BO. I looked at him and said, " do you not have anymore deodorant or what?!?" He was like yea I showered awhile ago and put it on why? I lifted my arm and nearly died! It was me! Embarrassing! X_X
Dh has asked me if I had forgotten deodorant.... It happened when I was pregnant before too.

@PickleX :-h chronic back pain faction welcomes you. NSAIDS and a heating pad as first line defense. Then go see your primary doc. He may refer you to PT and/or sports med. Either way, you want to make sure it is actual back pain and not a symptom of something else before you try alternative therapies like chiro and massage.
Chiropractor helps me, and I rock the heating pad all the time.
Does anyone remember @gutsymama 's sausage gravy recipe. I bought good breakfast sausage at a farmers market and I want to make some biscuits and gravy. I never have before.

She was up to 8 steps at a time today but most of the time would only do it if she was walking towards me or DH. Then tonight before she went to bed I was sitting on the sofa and stood her up in front of me and she walked halfway across the living room! I didn't even count the steps because I was so excited lol.
