Lung problems

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone had any comforting stories/is able to shed any light on lung abnormalities. I've been told that my son has an abnormal right lung - that he has problems releasing the fluid that enters which leaves him with a bigger overinflated lung. Has anyone had anything like this? Have my first checkup this Monday so I'm very nervous. Prayers of any sort are welcome, thanks!!
