Not constipated whatsoever!

So, around this time my doctor said I would be experiencing constipation, but I am not at all! In fact I can't stop going to the bathroom! I went about 3 times yesterday and today I had really bad stomach aches and had to go super bad, but had to hold it due to where I was at the time. But I don't think anything I ate could have upset my stomach. Is using the bathroom this often normal? And is holding it bad for the baby?
