So PayPal only lets you enter whole numbers for package weight. If something is 3.6oz, can I just enter 3, or do I need to round up? Usually, if it's just over a whole number (like 3.2) then I'll just put 3 and it's nbd. But what about when it's over the half way mark to the next ounce?
