A Little Scared

So this is my second cycle after a loss and we're back to trying. I have been in my fertile phase and all the signs pointed to ovulation up until today and now i'm just puzzled. For the last 3 days i've had ewcm and knew my body was gearing up.I also got a positive opk on Sunday. I expected to wake up to a temperature shift this morning as my CM was already starting to clear up yesterday, but nothing. Then when i went to check my cervix like normal, was alarmed to find blood up there. This has never happened before...I've read about ovulation spotting/bleeding and heard of it. Could this likely be the case??? I also felt crampy, like a dull ache on one side that was accompanied by this. It lasted an hour or 2 and that was it. Now theres not a trace of blood.....I know they say alot can change with your cycle once you've experienced a miscarriage but this just freaked me out, big-time

I've had ovulation spotting before. Ovulation spotting can be considered normal for some women, but obviously everyone is different, so if you're concerned about it, call your doctor.

I had spotting around O a few cycles ago and the dr said a cyst had burst. Like @bookishMomma said... everyone is different so really the only person who could calm your nerves is your doctor. Good luck!

PPs have already covered it; I'm sorry you're feeling so freaked out. Hopefully your doctor will be able to address your concerns quickly.
