@ItsStackie - Sounds like you're getting into a better place for your half marathon - keep up the good work, and I hope you're feeling all better!
@kdc2007 - Excellent working getting your workouts in!  And I definitely find that meal planning is key to sticking to diet plans - well done!
@phishgirl29 - I'm glad T25 is working out for you so well!
@Pitchslap - I hope you were able to get your extra gym day and increased water in!

With 8 weeks @calikat80 - Hopefully your period quit and you were able to get control of your eating to go along with your awesome running!

  • Last week: I can't recall working out. :(  I tried twice but it was raining or about to.  I did lose 2 more lbs from that stomach virus though.

    This week: I started eating an apple a day.  I really need to push to get my running days in, even if that means getting up in the morning.

    Goal: Survive the Half Marathon.

    What's your LO's current favorite food? I would say Mac and Cheese.

    Last week was pretty limited between traveling and sleeping in to make up for bad nights of teething. I was able to get in a 4 mile hike and 45 minutes kayaking in the ocean.

    We are traveling all day today, but I want to get walks in this week, clean out my fridge and plan a bunch of healthy dinners to make on Sunday.

    Goal is to lose weight and be healthier.

    B's favorite food is cheese, all kinds!

    Last week: I worked out 5 times and followed T25.  Made sure I maxed out on my 10,000 steps a day via my fit bit.

    This week: Same.  I cut out booze until October so I'm seeing a difference with my weight.  Down 6lbs so far doing T25 though you couldn't tell by looking at me.   

    Goal: Tone up!

    Favorite food: all Fruit!  Loves it!

  • Last week: OK. I ran 3x and walked a lot to get more steps. DH needed "support" (eye roll) and I cut my 10 mile long run short and only did 7.5 because he was making me feel guilty for leaving. Basically men and babies with allergies are draining me!

    This week: I am so pissed, I woke up this morning with a cold. I can't imagine running with my head like this. I have 20 miles on Sunday. I am hoping this clears up!!! I have been a pretty good eater so far and even ordered a salad last night at the concert when everyone else was eating burgers and fried food so pat on the back for me!

    Goal: marathon! Almost there!

    Favorite food: cheeeeeese! All the cheese! And it was his second word! Definitely my son :)
