I was really dizzy and had bad vertigo over the weekend. The vertigo came on while driving on the highway which was pretty scary. Luckily H was with me and he ended up taking over. I had it again on Saturday, but haven't had it since.
I don't know what's in the water but on my BMB it seems like everyone is having their babies between 35-37 weeks pregnant and a lot of them are FTM's. It's craziness over there.
I think we are finally closing on our house next week! (or so we hope). I'm ready to move in and get settled before DD arrives.

I'm back after 9 days off. It was glorious and too long at the same time. Every single day there was something going on. Yesterday I didn't get out of my PJ's. So nice to veg.
DS was challenging most of the week. I get/got so frustrated with him and just see red. I really need to get my emotions and temper under control. His party went well. The taco bar was a huge hit and pretty easy to do. Of course he got so much stuff!
I'm happy to actually be back to work with a routine. DH is working 4 out of his 7 days off. We have a trip to pay for in 2 weeks. I can't even believe it's that close (we leave in December.)
Yesterday was my birthday, and if I were smart I would have taken today off to extend the celebration, lol.
We had a good weekend. We took the kids to an apple festival on Saturday (although the PYO apples did not look good at all). Then we had dinner with my ILs.
Sunday, we went to the rodeo, which was so much fun. DS loved the rodeo clown best, and DD kept yelling "Zebra!" every time she saw a horse, lol. Guess we need to work on farm animal names a little more.
My BFF, who was induced on Friday, still did not have the baby. After three rounds of pitocin, they sent her home to wait it out more. I feel so badly for her at this point.
I have one more. E decided to "purchase" through my Gilt mobile account over the weekend. Gilt has cancelled part of the order as I emailed within 5 minutes of it happening, but they are telling me they can't cancel part of the order, which just happens to be the most expensive part. I'm seriously considering deleting my mobile apps for Zulily, Ruelala and Gilt after this. It's way too easy for him to order.

It's funny you mention this as I was just looking at the Zulily app and it says there is an option to type in a 4 digit code before you order to protect things like that from happening. It's called "kid mode".
We had a good weekend. We spent most of it packing and cleaning. Yesterday we went to Target, my in-laws stopped over and then we went to my mom's house to celebrate my brother's birthday.
We have a busy week ahead and I'm so ready to just get everything done and behind us. I'm at work today and once again frustrated with my co-worker. He supposedly works nights but I'm really not sure that he even shows up half the time. He's been here 10 years and I've been here 7 weeks, yet I have twice as many clients as he does. I'm so ready to transfer to another department.
I start my new PT job tomorrow night. I'm not sure how it's going to go but I'm happy to have a chance to bring home a little extra $$.
Ethan's birthday is Wednesday. I'm not ready for my baby to be two!
Ethan's birthday party is in NY on Sunday. I still need to get us all packed and make sure everything is on the list to drive there Saturday morning, shop for everything and then prep all the food at the hotel to take to the party place Sunday morning. I also have to get DH to get a final head count from SD's who say they're bringing friends. Just typing all of this makes me want to cry a little.
Holy wall of text, IPad hates me!

Weekend was good. It was nice to not have anything to do! We went and got a birthday gift (balance bike) and a few books for T's party that's this Saturday, so I have got to kick it into gear. Not one person has RSVP'd, I guess people just don't do that anymore.

That's ridiculous to say they can't cancel something when you call five minutes later. They've done nothing, no processing, no shipping, nothing in that five minutes. I would fight that hard.

I emailed immediately because it was 6:30 am on Sunday (?) but I followed exactly what the online instructions said to do. I got a few emails saying parts of the order were cancelled and then for the other item got an email saying that "administratively there was nothing they could do as it had not been within 5-10 minutes of the order" which isn't true at all.

Hi everyone! I'm back at work today (read: back to bumping)
Saturday was my cousin's wedding, about 2 hours away, so we stayed overnight. I got red wine drunk and my dad had to drive H and I back to the hotel at the end of the night.
Yesterday was a day of cleaning and getting ready for my return today. There's all kinds of crazy going down in my office, so much so that an HR consultant was hired to interview each of us individually as to the office dynamics. My "interview" is Thursday, I have lots to say.
Now that I am not the size of a house, I'm feeling much more confident here, so much so, that I am going to apply to some higher ranking jobs within the university just to get out of here.
I am also going to call daycare 20 times today.
I have had anxiety diarrhea all morning. You're welcome for that last part.
We had a pretty decent weekend. Luci is pushing me to my limits. She has started kicking me while I change her diaper and kicking me while we are sitting down and hitting me when she gets angry. I'm not sure where she learned this behavior because we don't spank and DH and I aren't hitting each other. I am just so frustrated with it and I have been putting her in time out more and more. UGh..... Parenting is hard.
We take family photos today and I am worried about not looking nice because I feel like a giant tub of fat.
I passed my phone interview last week so I have an in person interview on Wednesday. It is a 3 hour interview though so I'm trying to figure out what to do with the boys. Colby's party is on Sunday so I'm prepping for that this week also. Busy busy!

G and I woke up with naps. I was really hoping it was just allergies yesterday. No such luck. Her birthday party is Saturday and I have so much to do. I'm exhausted. I'll be 12 weeks on Thursday so maybe I will get some energy back? I just want to nap. All day. G also just pooped. The thought of changing her diaper is making me want to run away.

So I just went to grab some coffee creamer out of the fridge, and was surprised to find the strawberry and granola parfait, that I put in there the day that I went on ML unexpectedly, still sitting there. There was probably like 10 different kinds of mold growing on that thing.
There's 5 of us in this office, it would be pretty easy to go around and ask "Is this yours? No? Good, I'm throwing it out."

We're in this phase too. It so frustrating. He'll do it to DH or I and no one else. Well except for babies. Yes babies. He's hit my niece 3x now and just last Friday he was at the mall play area and was playing very nice with an 8 month old. The baby crawled away and DS went and smacked her on the head like 4x. DH had him and was morified. The whole way home he just kept saying "I hit the baby" with this sad look on his face. I felt awful but he can't hit people!

Also I've been trying to sell my hutch to get a buffet server in my kitchen for more counter space. Found one I loved at Younker Furniture store this weekend. I actually sold the hutch today on a BST site. The kicker, we bought it 6 years ago for $400 (it was on super clearance from $800.) Just sold it for $350! Boom. My day just got better.
@willy_gert Hitting doesn't have to be a learned behavior, it can be instinctual to express frustration and anger. I don't know how much L talks but try giving her words like "I don't want to" or "I'm mad". Also a countdown to transition or giving a choice, like "After this we have to change your diaper. Why don't you pick a toy to hold while we do it." Diaper changes are a struggle here but I try to distract or making doing something desirable contingent upon the diaper change so he's more agreeable.
Leo's party was Saturday. It could not have gone better except it was like the hottest day of the month so the cupcakes were a bit melty as was I. We made a deal a couple birthdays ago to not spend the party time behind the camera and just enjoy our guests and kids. But every time after the party I realize I have no pictures of a bunch of things I wish I would have gotten. Like this time, I have no close ups of the set up or a good group shot of Leo with his friends. One of my friends sent me a picture of Leo when he was passing out the goody bags, otherwise I wouldn't have any of that and he was so freaking cute pushing his wheelbarrow around with the bags to everyone.
We did family pictures before the party. DH went out in the orchard with the boys for their pictures while I set up for the party and then I joined them for some family pictures. I am now stalking Facebook to see if any peeks are posted since I have no clue what kind of pictures she took of the boys.
I just realizes our library books are due tomorrow. I have absolutely no desire to drag the kids to the library tonight (DH won't be home). Why is it always these stupid little things that throw off the schedule?

Leo's party was at 10:30am and I was still getting RSVPs at 7:30 the night before. Good thing my head count wasn't too important.
Less than 24 hours after Leo's party, I started planning James' party. All the neighbors were sitting in our driveway Saturday night and they started asking me what I was going to do for James' birthday so I felt the pressure to go ahead and start now Inside parties are not as fun to plan though.

Do they have a drive-thru drop off? That is how I always return our books if we are not checking new ones out right then.

They have an outside box (not exactly drive-through bc I'd have to get the kids out of the car still). If I had planned ahead, I would have put the books in my car this morning and dropped them after work before getting the kids.
Nola hasn't even been in preschool for a month and she already has a green snotty nose and a bit of a cough. The rules say they have to stay home with that kind of runny nose, so she didn't go today. I just hate that apparently someone else didn't follow the rules (I know they can be contagious before they have symptoms, but still). I just hope she's better by Wednesday so she can go back! She's acting completely normal, so that makes keeping her home worse...I know she would have loved to have been there!

This drives me crazy too. A lot of girls I went to high school with also bring their kids to the same daycare as us, and I am still Facebook friends with a lot of them.
One girl in particular has posted on 3 separate occasions in the past year, that her DD was sick, but not sick enough to miss daycare. Without fail, Hannah is sick within days. Keep your patient 0 child at home.
I'm impressed by @hmp1 and @holly1007 for turning around after one party, and immediately planning the next. I really should start thinking about Julia's 1st, but I'm drawing a blank.
Planning for halloween is also not happening... I may just put Julia in Sophia's lion costume from last year, and let Sophia wear some of her dress up clothes she got for her bday... MOTY.
I can't figure out what to get G for her birthday. We were going to get a power wheels but my SIL is giving us one of theirs (they have 2 and niece barely uses them) so that is nice of them. I got her a few new books. I just don't know what to get her. I need to place an amazon order and need to do the $25 limit for an add on item.
Any ideas? I'm at a loss. She doesn't NEED anything other than some staple clothing items.

Does she like dolls? Start prepping her now for being a big sister We ended up getting Leo a wagon and wheelbarrow for his birthday. I also needed to buy a couple add on items so I did a last minute 2 shirt for him to wear to daycare to get me to $25.
@redneckmomma25 My in-laws got these for Lily for her birthday. I think they're so cute, so now I'm planning to get them for the next two birthday parties we're attending.
