I am just over 13 weeks pregnant with my first very excited! I experienced some light spotting last week and the doctor advised me it was completely normal. However I am spotting again and can't help but be concerned. Has anyone else encountered this yet? I need some positive reactions please

You did exactly the right thing--you were concerned, and went to the doctor, and they reassured you. If you are still worried, just call your ob again to ask. Make sure to tell them the color and amount of spotting.

Also, try to notice if it is coming from your vagina, or if it is in your urine. UTIs are pretty common in pregnancy, and since women are already peeing a lot they something don't notice until they urinate a little blood.
