Late period after HSG

Ok so- we have a 3 year old, been trying for another one for two years. I had an HSG last month that revealed I have Uterus Didelphys which is essentially two small uteri instead of one. My Doctor says no big deal- we just have a smaller chance of conceiving each month but eventually we will- everything else for us is healthy/normal. My period is now 2-3 days late which is very unusual. I can usually time it by the minute! Having symptoms too- tender breasts, SO TIRED, a little cramping, and had some implantation bleeding. But the tests say no! Whhhhat is going on. Did the HSG mess me up?
