I think the initials MMM are fine, but not a fan of Morgana. I don't mean to be rude by any means, but it just doesn't look like a name to me, I've never seen it before. It's just not my style I guess
I like the 3M initials. A friend in college had MMM as her initials (and then married a guy with an M last name, so became MMMM), but she went by all 3 manes all the time, I can't think of her without saying all 3 names in my head (won't list them here, they were a fairly uncommon combination).
I get an wicked queen vibe from Morgana as well, but my first association was a morganatic marriage -- but that probably means I've been reading far too many royal biographies.
It's not the worst name, but I'd probably go with Morgan if I were leaning toward the name.
Morgan le Fay and Morgana are alternative names for the same evil sorceress of Arthurian legends. To me it is a very strong association and could never bestow the name on an innocent child, no matter how pretty it sounds. Imagine being that child, googling their own name to discover the most famous user of the name is a legendary character whose relationship with good and the story's hero is ambiguous at best. But... To each their own. :-)

Re: Morgana
As far as Morgana I want to say its pretty but for some reason I don't like it. Just not my style but I don't think anything is wrong with it per se.

I couldn't place where it was from but I instantly thought "Isn't Morgana a bad guy?" I'm not a fan of it because of this.

No seriously, if you don't mind the Dark Wing and Arthurian references then it is a super awesome name. MMM is fine.
