When your nipple moves freely but your whole areola pulls in the tunnel as well and rubs . You need a smaller or bigger size?

sounds like it's too big- it's okay if a little of the areola goes in, but not the whole thing.

Usually it's only some of the areola but today it' is all of the areola and almost some of the skin. Thanks for the picture.

is it possible you had the suction up really high without realizing it? that said, i know some women do need to change flange sizes after pumping for a few months. it might be worthwhile to try a different size if you are starting to have discomfort.

I have 21s at home so I'll try those next thanks ladies. And my suction isn't up too high bc I always have it pretty low bc this has happened before.

It of course had to happen today. The day after I signed the paperwork to donate 200oz of my frozen stash. Like I was already paranoid about needing it. Gheesh

So I tried the 21s today and they pull in the same amount. Any suggestions? Just stick with my 24s?
