Baby bad breath

Hello, I am new to this board so I apologize it's been discussed before. My baby is 6 weeks old, and in the last few days we have noticed a smell on her breath. Its a metallic / sulfur smell. She is breastfed and formula fed. Is this normal or cause for concern? Any other moms notice this on their LO's?
