Lupus (SLE) and TTC

Hello everyone ! I'm 23 and have had SLE since I was 12(extremely young). I had a lot of health concerns during high school and the beginning of college, but have been able to regulate it since.
I've only been TTC for six months, but just wondering if anyone with autoimmune disorders has had any complications and/or success stories.

    Hey there! Sorry you have not had any luck yet. I have SLE and I have one healthy 5 year old and another on the way. I am 11 weeks. From my understanding SLE does not effect fertility but it can cause some problems while you are pregnant. They recommend to be in remission for 6 months prior to getting pregnant and to remain on some of your scripts. I take plaquenil. Unfortunately, I had a flare at 4 weeks and was miserable. The baby is doing fine though:) I don't think I was in remission when I got pregnant.
