Baby teeth

Soooooo, my DD top 2 front teeth are orange. Wtf?? We brush 2x day. Since she doesn't let me get a good look I can't tell if it goes away after brushing then seems to pop up at some point throughout the day. My sister said maybe it's from her Zantac sitting on her teeth, which we've been weaning off of for about 10 days now . Any other thoughts

Is her Zantac orange? If so, that could be the culprit. Does she eat stuff with food coloring? I'd probably get her into the dentist at some point if it continues after eliminating the Zantac.
