Los Cabos

You may remember that my bf and I had been planning to spend the winter in Mexico while we're both on parental leave. We'd planned to go to Los Cabos, a place we're familiar with, but terrible damage was done by a hurricane this week. We've discussed going anyway, if possible, to do volunteer work. My bf works in the electrical engineering field, and is also a journeyman electrician. I'm just wondering if anyone has done this type of volunteer work before, or would know where to start?

Do you know which relief organizations are on site (Red Cross, catholic charities, Presbyterian disaster relief, habitat, etc)? I would find that out and contact them to ask about volunteer efforts.
