Piece of junk high chair

I know most of us probably already have our high chairs, but for anyone still looking don't get the Fisher-Price healthy care aquarium high chair. I's a piece of crap. I got it as a shower gift. It retails around $100, so I figured it would be pretty nice. The whole bottom of the cushion is dry rotted and falling apart already. Plus the company doesn't carry replacement parts for it. Now I'm stuck trying to decide if I want to try and sew a cushion for it or just try and find another cheap, but decent high chair. What kind does everyone have and like?

Love mine and eventually when we have a second kid it doubles and turns to a High chair and a chair seat as well. So two chairs in one! Goes in and out of stock all the time though.

Can you just take the cushion off? It makes cleaning much easier.

I have the graco blossom 4 in 1. It can actually accomodate two kids if one is old enough for the toddler seat part of it.
We haven't used it yet, but it seems like really good quality. I think it's priced at around 189, but I'm coupon crazy and waited for it to go on sale and then also used a 20% off coupon from babies r us.

And also have the $25 ikea one that lives on the patio. It's great but on mine the tray is extremely hard to remove (not sure if they're all like that) so really wouldn't be good for everyday use.

We have the OXO Seedling chair. I love it. It's easy to clean and has four rubber swivel wheels which makes it a dream to push all over my hardwood floor house so DS can follow me around while I do chores.

I would, but it's just a hard hunk of plastic under it. I know I'm breaking the 'what not to do with your kid' rules, but I tend to put DS in it with some toys on the tray and turn on Dragon Tails on Netflix and let him sit and play while I clean. I'm afraid it would get awfully uncomfortable quickly.

Another Graco Blossom here. We've only used it a handful of times so far, but I really like it. The cushion is really easy to take off and wash. It's also more of a pleather material which I think will be easier to wipe down once we start solids.

It is spendy, but I plan on using it for multiple kids. Like pp said, you can actually use it for 2 kids at a time which might come in handy down the road.

I have the graco blossom as well. With DS it worked well. Bit of a PITA to clean the cushion and the straps when he got them filthy, but overall we liked it. We will be getting double use of it as DS is still in the booster seat and DD is about to use the chair. It's done well enough for us that I'd recommend it, especially to someone looking to have a second kid.

What a bummer. We have one that my brother and sister in law used for my nephews. I can't figure out how to make the tray stay up.
