38 weeks today! The size of a pumpkin! And I definitely feel it.

I have a doctor appt. today and I am anxious to see if I have dilated or thinned anymore and also we are suppose to talk induction.

I am probably most excited about being able to wear some normal clothes (eventually). I have ran out of clothes that fit and am not buying anymore.

35/35 bitches!

Finished child birth classes last night and feeling more unprepared than I did 2 days ago.

Lately I'm most excited about pants with zippers and not wearing maternity clothes anymore. It was great at the beginning but now I feel like a frump monster. Oh! And getting my sex life back. That'd be cool.

38 weeks!

Nursery is done, bottles/breast pump parts are washed and put away, diaper bag came in the mail yesterday, hospital bags (and the kids' overnight bags) are packed.... We're ready to go! So READY! I've been having light contractions on and off a lot lately, which is really annoying when they stop. 

I'm excited to start working out again and just being able to move/function like a normal human being.

Any new developments with baby/nursery/life that you want to share?  Just waiting on her arrival.  At tomorrow's OB appointment, we will find out when the induction date is (we submitted a few days to the hospital).  Due to the GD and pre-existing HBP, the various docs won't let me go past my due date.  

Random.. What are you excited about the most about post-baby life (sweet little one and booze are a given)?  Getting back to eating a normal diet due to the GD.

37 weeks, winter melon. I'm not sure what a winter melon is, either, but apparently they range greatly in size.

We got our second dresser/changer delivered today, so hopefully my husband will inspect it this afternoon to make sure it's not broken like the first one was. We are still waiting on the trundle bed for the nursery to be delivered. It's on a truck somewhere, supposedly.

I'm going to work on my last-minute shopping lists this afternoon. I'm kind of surprised by the things people have chosen to give us so far. We've received no clothes or blankets, which seems to be the complete opposite of what everyone told us to expect. But we have about 800 wipes, which should hold us for a while, and tons of books.

I'm very excited about getting back to high intensity workouts and weight lifting! And not having super swollen sinuses!

Week 35 and the baby is the size of a coconut!
There's baby stuff everywhere from the shower this weekend. I'm so overwhelmed I don't even know where to start when it comes to sorting it all out and organizing.
I'm looking most forward to eating good sushi, sleeping on my stomach and having comfortable sex.

I haven't done one of these or a HDBD in aaaaaaaages.  Since my work shift changed, I have more family time, but significantly less Bump time.  Sorry, Bumpies.

Any new developments with baby/nursery/life that you want to share? Nursery has been done for months now.  As I mentioned in the Randoms a couple of times, my sister is moving to CO to be our live-in nanny, so we have been spending our weekends turning the office into her bedroom. We get to pick her up from the airport on the 28th.  I'm so stinkin excited!  Also, I installed the car seat and finished my birth plan yesterday.  Surreal.

Random.. What are you excited about the most about post-baby life (sweet little one and booze are a given)?  Smaller feet.  I am to the point where I have ONE paid of shoes that fit, and I HATE them.  They are Croc ballet flats and make my feet all sweaty if I don't wear socks, but they look ridiculous with socks on.  I can't wait to fit my feet into my boots!

Any new developments with baby/nursery/life that you want to share? nope..going to the ob tomorrow,  so I might have some news then!

Random.. What are you excited about the most about post-baby life (sweet little one and booze are a given)?  I am not even sure!  There is a whole bunch but I am certain that even for the first few months there will not be any return to the usual as I am a FTM!
