Weird cramping

I am 25 weeks and have been having these weird cramps. It feels like I have to go to the bathroom but I can't nothing comes. It started around 4:30 yesterday and when I get them it's enough to stop me in my tracks and breathe for a minute. Should I call the doctor?

IUI #1-#4 BFNs and a few cancelled cycles in the mix.
