Could I be pregnant?

Okay guys. So I about two weeks ago I discontinued taking my birth control pill because it gave me crazy, in bearable side effects. I was only taking the pill for a week and a half before quitting. I am now experiencing super sore breasts and nipples. And I mean super! I am also getting extremely bad acne, lower back pain, my lower stomach where my uteres is located feels tight and tense, and I feel like I am eating more than usual. Could I be pregnant?

    I know Zayn ain't the baby-daddy because he's been kept REALY "busy" around my house.... if ya know what I mean.
