PCOS & Metformin An TTC any Luck?

Hi everyone! My name is Stacee an I'm 26. I recently got diagnosed with PCOS about 3 months ago. An been having a lot of issues getting my doctor to keep a appointment to tell me my options since me an my long term bf are TTC. Today I finally got in to see a different doctor an I'd have to say I really enjoyed this visit. He told me that he was going to start me on 1000mg of Metformin twice daily an suggested that I stick to a paleo diet an try an lose 25-30 pounds.Just wondering what I should be expecting? An if any of you have had any success with this combination.
