Bp roller coaster

I had my a/s at my high risk office today. Baby looks healthy though measuring a bit small but nothing too concerning. The tech couldn't get a good look at baby's heart so I will go back in 5 weeks for another ultrasound. Turns out my OB was wrong on his guess of a boy last week. We are very clearly having a little girl, lol. My bp was 156/94 so I'm expecting to go on bp meds soon. The high risk dr wants me to check my bp at home (which I'm already doing) and get an appointment with my OB if my bp is over 140/90 any in the next few days. I feel like both dr's are very consistent in what they want to do for treatment and I'm trying not to worry because I know it won't help anything.
