Sick. HELP

I'm 13 weeks and 5 days. In the first weeks I didn't get sick or anything now I feel terrible. My head is hurting and I feel nauseous. Is this signs of a miscarriage I'm really scared, every time info to the doctor they say everything is perfect with my pregnancy. First time mom and worried

    Listen to your doctor. Why would he/she lie? Google is also your friend. Headache and nausea are both very common symptoms of pregnancy. FTM is not an excuse to not educate yourself on your pregnancy.

    Ditto to what others have said. You are describing normal pregnancy symptoms and those come and go in a different pattern for everyone. Search on the internet and you will find lots of discussions about this (both on the bump and elsewhere) and these will help put your mind at ease that you are just experiencing a normal pregnancy and you are not alone in what you are feeling. I hope you get some relief soon.
