10 month old and sleep

The post below caught my eye but your babies seemed younger. Is anyone else dealing with sleep issues at 10-12 months. We started sleep training (again) this week and it's slow going. Ds will be 11 months next week and still gets up every 3-4 hours. I stopped nursing and picking him up and had hoped by now he would wake up, get his binky and go back down but every time I go in he is standing. I rub his back a few minutes ( not to the point of sleeping). The first few nights I had to go in every 5-10 minutes for over an hour (like feber) Now we are down to going in once or twice per time, but still- he is almost 11 months old!!!! I need some SLEEP!
