Moving is the worst/I feel like a terrible mom...

We move tomorrow (yay!), but that' means our life and house have been a total disaster for the last week. PBS Kids has baby-sat DD WAY too often this week, and we've eaten out for too many meals.

I know this isn't our norm and we'll be back to our usual routine shortly, but I just feel guilty!

Moving is the worst!  I'm sorry your feeling that way, but you are doing an awesome job, and you will fall back into your old routine in no time!

Moving is no fun, I'm sure you are doing the best you can. Once you get settled in your new digs, things will calm down a bit....but realistically give it a month or so. We were still organizing things a few months after moving. Part of it was pure laziness and the other part was that we were so busy with other committments. GL!

Thanks all! Move went smoothly and we are getting back into our routine.

We moved to the western Chi suburbs. Love it so far!
