Lanolin stains

Does anyone have a good remedy for getting lanolin stains out of my bras and tanks? I'm a first-time mom with a six day old and wasn't super careful in the beginning with where it went so it has stained some things

any all-purpose stain remover that works on grease stains should take them out. some people also swear by fels-naptha (a solid bar laundry soap- you wet the stain, rub some on, wait a little while, then wash.

I used dawn dish soap...I dampened the clothing and made a thick paste with the soap and let it sit for a couple days and then into the washer. They aren't gone yet but lightened up considerably after one treatment!
