@mauibliss I hold no "personal vendettas" as an admin. Again, I gave this user WAY more chances than I think I have ever given someone on these boards. I recently gave her a fair warning, which clearly wasn't taken to heart after the PMs other members have sent me from WCIBN/GM. To clarify, this is not due to a remark made in any recent thread.

That's good to know. Is there someone to whom we can speak about admins? Also, will the user who violated the TOU by posting about a PM from GM be banned? You know, TOU and all, since we're not being personal about it. 

Being looked at, as far as I'm aware. TOU being murky as it is, there is a question of what's allowed. Can you say, "I got a PM from bob and he was a jerk" and it's only bannable if you copy and paste a message? Or are references to PMs always a ban? It's a point we're trying to figure out.

Maybe the TOU should be better written. There's a suggestion. Then Executive Order bans would be more black and white. Or at least less "tighten your tinfoil hats because I don't know why someone was banned because it's all very smoke and mirrors" and, as you say "murky". What a disservice to users, eh, to have terms that can be interpreted so arbitrarily?

I love it when you talk about legal stuff Maui. ;-) If lawyers wrote the TOU they should be fired.

It was SOOOO hard. Especially being diagnosed in the winter. We were in a prison in our house or the hospital for weeks. And of course, because I was stuck inside, I wanted to buy Reese every new toy there was to get 5 minutes peace. And, at that time I was out of work for 12 weeks, and my husband had not a good month (he is part commission) so we couldn't afford to buy any extras. 

It sucked.
