cerclage removal

hey all, i'm 35 weeks and 3 days pregnant. i had a cervical cerclage put in at 13 weeks and i'm scheduled to have it removed at my next doctors visit in a few days. i'm really nervous because i don't know what to expect. so the big question for anyone who has gone thru this before... how long after a cerclage is removed do you go into labor? my EDD is Oct 17th and i just want to know if my baby will still be born on or around that date after the cerclage is removed.

With my first removal I went into labor four days later. This time around I had it out on Wednesday and four days later there is no sign of labor. When it was taken out I was only one cm dilated and 50% effaced. We are just waiting! Good luck!
