Boobs sore then not sore/blighted ovum?

Anyone else worried that their boobs stopped feeling full/hurting and only 5 weeks? My boobs were some and hurting and now nothing. I had a blighted ovum in January and newly pregnant and a little paranoid I would say. No other symptoms other than a little fatigue. Multiple positive pregnant tests...just don't want to have anothe BO and super nervous. Trying to stay positive though until first visit
