SS: weird face rash?

DH said maybe chapped cheeks from drool if he isn't sick.

He's been a little fussier than normal but no other real symptoms. It appeared a few hours ago. He has also been incredibly drooly. Maybe I will see if it calms down overnight. Someone said it looks like 5ths disease and I kinda panicked

If it's fifths, he would have had a fever in the last few days. Is he in daycare?

Could be from drool, my DD gets this with teething, but normally didn't get it until molars

He felt warm but no fever according to the thermometer (I took it a few days in a row). He's not in daycare.

He has been drooling an obscene amount. His bottom gum feels like it might be getting a tooth but I know it's really early and am completely in the dark about what a tooth coming in would actually feel like.
