Last night I was reading posts on an anal fissure forum. @TJ1979 In this case, the pooping doesn't get better.
I'm just happy I didn't cry this am when having a BM, so my day's off to a good start!
I feel like my whole life revolves around poop at this point. The other day DD (who is 7) was upset b/c she accidentally pooped on her underwear. I told her to put it in the laundry room. I threw it in with the diapers. Easiest poop clean up ever.

Every time I come up to my craft room to get some desperately needed cleaning/organizing done, I get distracted by some project or other and make an even bigger mess.
Suddenly my life doesn't seem such a waste,
It all revolves around you.
This morning at work I was making small talk with this older man. Well, he acted all friendly so it was hard to turn away all rudely.
We somehow brushed on where we were from, careers now, his almost-stint in the NHL, horse back riding and that I had a son And was married. When I said that I hadn't ridden a horse in years and my son keeps me busy now he passive aggressively/really intrusively said "oh, I didn't know you were married". And it was too freakin early to be annoyed at his prodding and general not minding his business. So I just smiled. He even said "well you know how people are these days..."
I wish I had come back with something really witty and bitchy. Or told him I was actually with a woman and couldn't be married because of the unconstitutional laws in this awful state. My non-functioning brain let me down
UO/FFFC: I love hot dogs. It annoys me when people say they're gross because they're made of scrap meat. I think it's a good thing to use all the parts of the animal and not let anything go to waste.
I had networking thing. And OMG, it was so hard to find something appropriate to wear. After staying at home, I've completely forgotten / I really don't want to put on work clothes! Jeans IS dressing up now!
ETA: I didn't wear jeans to it. But almost wore toms. But found other shoes last second. (And damn, I've got a lot of shoes I've forgotten about!)

This reminds me! I agree with this. I grabbed a corn dog on my lunch this week and shoveled it down in the parking lot of my work before going in. I was embarrassed to be eating it in front of everyone and enjoyed every second of my secret indulgence! Yum!
I'm current sitting on a storage contain stuffed full of 3-6 month clothes.
I have way too many kids clothes.
I've filled 6 contains for storage since last night and still need 2 more.
Holy moly. I feel like I have way too many kid's clothes, but its because they are all piled up in the room that M doesn't sleep in yet and I need to sort through them (hand me downs) before she starts sleeping in her crib.
90% of them are hand-me-downs. It's great, but the seasons don't always match.
And this was E's 9-2T and C's 3-9 months. And I pulled out the 12 month clothes and re-packed the 18 month stuff in one bin. That and I need to pack up summer stuff.
I've been doing laundry for longer than some board members have been alive, and I still can't figure out how to get my work shirt clean. I often run the fryers at the fast food restaurant I work at and so I have all kinds of grease spots on my shirt. I've tried dawn (spot treat and soaked in dish water), various amounts of Tide, soap nuts berries and liquid.....and so far nothing, not even combined, has worked.......open to additional ideas.....except for RLR soaking or bleach soaking.
Btw, the multiple washings are starting to work on fixing my bathrobe.

Can I ask how to join, or will I be deemed "creepy" again?
Because apparently there isn't a huge difference between asking about a publicly advertised Facebook group versus threatening to figure out the real identities of people on a mostly anonymous message board.

J gets various greasy stains on his work clothes sometimes, and I put dry baking soda on it for an hour at least, then add water to make it a paste and scrub it with a toothbrush. It has worked on a lot, if not all, of the stains.

I think working out in a sports bra without a shirt in a public place is tacky, especially if the woman is busty or older. For younger flat-chested women, it is skanky but less offensive somehow. I am a hypocrite.

I dislike those women and their garb because I'm jealous. I don't look good running without a shirt.

I look terrible running in my racer tank with a built in bra and a second sports bra under....but I don't care and still do it anyway. If my neighbor can grill in his driveway with his beer gut and grey chest hair showing I can run in what I'm comfortable in.

I used to run with just a sports bra back in college. If a guy can run shirtless, a girl can run with just a sports bra. I miss those days... :: sigh:: oh to be 20 again

I will have to give this a try after my next shift. Thanks.

I dislike the outfit outside of the gym (running on streets, casual wear, etc) because it's not appropriate or because I'm like @JEPES1348 depending on the situation.

Ughhhhhh wtf, my kid just used a stick of hot glue and was pretending it was a cigarette. Didn't think I'd be starting the 'smoking is not cool' conversation with my not even three year old.

I'm love titting out of concern and support, not bc she's pretending to smoke so young.

A couple of my fb friends sell these skinny wrap things and keep posting these pics of women who are a few days/weeks PP "getting their bodies back". Maybe I'm just a judgemental B but I don't think you should be worried about "getting your body back" that soon PP. Take some time to bond with your baby and work on BFing! FFFC I also think women should at least try to BF (unless they are medically unable too).
ETA: I think the thing that bothers me most about these wraps is that while they claim they are all natural and safe while BFing a friend who is a LC strongly advises against them because of how they work they can cause serious supply issues.

Those wrap things are all over FB. I want to unfriend anyone that sells them. Annoying.
Are there really babies that go to sleep at 7:30? Bc apparently despite my best efforts and an hour of nursing, the kid is never going to sleep before 10pm.
Jane E goes down at 7:30, P goes down at 8:30. But this is new. She used to stay up till 10 till about 2 weeks ago.
Yeah, R is down at 8 and A is closer to 9 these days. But she was solidly at 10pm for weeks. She just started going down earlier in the last week or two. So don't worry, his schedule will shift soon enough!

I agree @unaveragejane . I remember M's bedtime was 10pm for a long time. Maybe 3.5 months?
Someone I know gave their baby girl a cutesy, trendy name, but it just sounds silly to me. They may as well have named her Peppermint Patty. I am ashamed if myself for finding it so funny!

DS passes out at 9 no matter when I start bedtime. It's usually around 730 as he's hungry and dozes and snuggles. It's been 9 since day 1. No idea why.
We went though a 10 to 11 bedtime phase. It passed though when I dropped his last evening nap.
The local SPCA is having an event where they bring adoptable dogs to a pet supply store. I already am going to be right next door, and I'm about thiiiiiis close to coming home with a surprise dog.

that's how all five of our pets were adopted!
we visited the Petsmart "just to look" and came home with one. Or we had to save our pit mix on impulse before the owner changed their mind
